Futurists believe that to become a good designer you must forget about everything, which has happened in the past. As a whole I disagree with that statement entirely as I think you learn from your and other peoples mistakes and to be able to create something or design something you have to know what has already been created and you can then use that as inspiration. They believed that technology was destructive, I disagree with that because I think technology is helpful and it’s a way to make your work different, I do think that at times people use computers and software when they don’t need to and I do like it when I make work that you can hold and touch such as books. I like the use of colour in the painting and the use of texture but it looks very abstract I can understand that some people like the abstract vibe but to me it is confusing and I like it when I no what the image is about. I like how the colours contrast with each other as there is a use of cold and warm colours present in the painting.
